What you will do
  • Facilitate the onboarding process by granting new hires access to necessary systems, applications, and tools.
  • Coordinate internal Swag shop.
  • Coordinate with IT and HR teams to ensure all onboarding tasks are completed timely and accurately.
  • Act as the first point of contact for helpdesk requests and technical issues.
  • Utilize the internal knowledge base to troubleshoot and resolve common technical problems.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT support teams when necessary.
  • Assist in developing and improving onboarding and helpdesk procedures.
Requirements
  • Advanced level of English (B2-C1);
  • Customer-oriented, enjoy helping people, and able to multitask;
  • General understanding of the IT industry and tools (Gmail, Notion)
  • Previous working experience in tracking systems (Jira);
  • Interest in the tech industry, ready to dive into it, understanding the processes of IT products, and online services;
  • Ability to organize oneself, everyone, and everything around.
