Qualifications

Responsabilités

Soni's client is seeking an IT Supply Chain Analyst to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of technology solutions across supply chain, logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing operations. This role will contribute to digital transformation initiatives focused on improving inventory visibility, operational efficiency, transportation performance, data accuracy, and customer service. The ideal candidate combines supply chain process knowledge with technical expertise to support business growth, system improvements, and operational excellence while maintaining a strong commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify technology solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, scalability, and customer service.
• Support the evaluation, implementation, deployment, and ongoing optimization of enterprise supply chain applications.
• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, system testing, user training, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with software vendors, implementation partners, and internal teams to support projects and system enhancements.
• Analyze business processes, document requirements and workflows, and recommend improvements to support operational objectives.
• Support warehouse, distribution, inventory management, transportation, and order fulfillment systems.
• Maintain inventory visibility, product traceability, and integration between operational platforms and enterprise systems.
• Support transportation planning, carrier management, shipment tracking, freight visibility, and logistics integrations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and other analytics tools.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings and performance improvements.
• Support data governance, data integrity, and system integration initiatives, including EDI and API-related processes.
• Provide application support, troubleshoot system issues, coordinate upgrades and testing, and maintain technical documentation.
• Contribute to change management, user adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow established safety procedures, report potential hazards, and support a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting or administering technology solutions in supply chain, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or ERP environments.
• Experience participating in enterprise software implementations or business transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, distribution, inventory management, and operational processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), or supply chain planning applications preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP platforms preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, food production, consumer packaged goods, or distribution environments preferred.
• Knowledge of EDI, APIs, system integrations, and data management principles preferred.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, or other reporting and analytics tools preferred.
• Familiarity with project management, change management, and user adoption methodologies preferred.
