ONE Gas is seeking an IT Supervisor, Corporate Application Systems to lead a team of developers and business analysts responsible for corporate applications, modernization, and cloud adoption.
You will oversee application support, SDLC activities, vendor relations, and change management while aligning IT initiatives with business goals and data-driven decision making. Strong leadership and communication are essential.
The IT Supervisor, Corporate Application Systems, supports corporate application delivery and helps guide the transition from on-premise systems to cloud-based platforms across multiple user groups. This role provides leadership for a team of developers and business analysts responsible for application support, configuration, security, integrations, reporting, and change management. Working with stakeholders, the supervisor advances digital transformation efforts that streamline processes, improve the employee experience, and support data‑driven decision-making.
Preferred bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of formal education and work experience, plus the following job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
In addition to education, this role typically calls for eight to ten years of relevant experience. (Minimum of seven years’ relevant experience is required). Typical experience usually includes two years in a leadership role.
Applicable driver’s license; occasionally required to travel to field operations service centers.
