Qualificações

• Associate's degree with three years' experience in IT operations.
• Experience advising management on IT issues and complex problems.
• Strong communication with leadership and vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise IT staff across multiple departments and coordinate technology support.
• Coordinate technology services supporting CCSG activities and clinical/research operations.
• Provide advanced technical consulting for enterprise apps, OS, and endpoints.
• Develop training materials and SOPs to promote self-service.
• Ensure inventory management and asset tagging for IT equipment.
