Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience with OBIEE, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a clearance.
• Knowledge of data governance, management, modeling, analysis.
• 7+ years of experience with PL/SQL.

Responsibilities

• Assess and redefine procedures using your knowledge and best practices.
• Work with stakeholders to enhance understanding of agency systems.
• Provide recommendations for improvements in the IT systems.
• Develop procedures, manuals, and documentation for process needs.
