Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation is seeking a role at the intersection of technology delivery and business operations to ensure alignment across enterprise leaders with the divisional strategy. The position supports IT Divisional efforts to prioritize, analyze, plan, and execute IT strategy in support of the business plan and to define metrics for measuring process success.

The hybrid role is location-flexible within specified states, with relocation not offered and sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 3 years’ experience OR 7 years’ experience in business analysis, process improvement, strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, product operations or relevant health care industry experience
• Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends
• Experience interpreting business and financial information
• Verbal and written communication and organization skills
• Experience with changing assignments and priorities
• Experience interacting with personnel of multiple departments and at various levels in the organization
• Project management skills, including strong organization, prioritization and problem solving skills; strong oral, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; ability to accept direction and feedback
• Analytical and information synthesis skills
• PC proficiency to include MS Office products

Responsibilities

• Align IT strategy with divisional goals across enterprise leaders
• Prioritize, analyze, plan, and execute IT strategy in support of the business plan
• Assist initiative leads in analyzing and implementing process improvements
• Define metrics needed to measure process success
• Support and lead teams responsible for high‑complexity initiatives affecting multiple functions
