Job Description

Join the IT Labor Sourcing team, focusing on IT services and labor procurement. Responsibilities include contracting with suppliers, developing statements of work (SOWs), and collaborating with infosec and legal teams to establish contracts aligned with organizational needs.

Job Responsibilities

1. Execute sourcing and procurement activities such as contract development, negotiation, approval, and requisition processing.
2. Coordinate with legal, information security, risk management, IT, business groups, and vendors to meet requirements, deliverables, and deadlines.
3. Analyze, structure, redline, and negotiate contracts to ensure they are cost-effective, compliant, and meet customer needs.
4. Facilitate cross-functional stakeholder meetings during contracting processes.
5. Manage customer and vendor expectations throughout sourcing and negotiation.
6. Support team members with active deals and maintain accurate contract data records across procurement systems.
7. Conduct pricing analysis to drive cost savings and optimize expenditure.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, contract management, project management, collaboration
• Experience with Coupa, Oracle, SAP, and technology procurement
• Procure-to-Pay processes, detail-oriented, process-driven
• Knowledge of contracts, redlining, and cross-functional capabilities

Preferred Candidate Attributes

• Category management or buyer experience related to technology goods and services
• IT procurement experience with contractual language and terms
• Consulting or cross-functional roles experience
• Experience with technology suppliers

Pay and Benefits

Hourly rate: $45.00 - $50.00. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, HSA, transportation, employee assistance, PTO, and sick leave. Eligibility depends on employment status and location.
