What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Define project objectives, resource allocations, and work prioritization to drive transformation initiatives
- Establish and maintain communication channels between business, IT, and relevant stakeholders
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline key issues, performance metrics, and resource requirements
- Supervise project resources, including Business Analysts and Solution Architects, to ensure successful task delivery
- Manage all aspects of project execution, from planning and design to deployment and customer adoption
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- 4-6 years of experience in project management
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience required
- Strong functional understanding of hospital, clinic, and billing operations
- Experience in project management methodologies and toolsets, including waterfall, agile, and scrum
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Project management experience specifically in a healthcare environment
- PMP Certification
- Multi-hospital and large project management experience
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles and/or business process management
- Experience in process improvement and metrics reporting
