Job description

This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Office of Health Technology and Products (OHTP). As a IT Specialist (SYS/ANALYSIS), GS-2210-12, you will serve as a Technical Product Designer within OHTP and is responsible for designing, developing, and iterating on digital products and services.

In order to qualify for the GS-12 , you must meet the following:

• Leading the development and delivering Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to enable standards-based, interoperable data sharing for healthcare decision-making;
• Developing IT product requirements and data solutions that support Alternative Payment Model (APM) initiatives to improve care delivery and care coordination;
• Managing stakeholder relationships to establish priorities for IT investments and build business cases supporting data-sharing product delivery.
