Spectrum Healthcare Group is looking for an experienced IT Help Desk Specialist II who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and figuring out why something that “worked perfectly yesterday” suddenly does not work today.
If you can troubleshoot a laptop, rescue a printer, navigate Microsoft 365, handle connectivity issues, and explain the solution without making someone feel like they should have known it already, we want to hear from you.
This is a hands-on role where no two days look exactly the same. You will support employees across the organization, tackle technical issues from start to finish, and help keep our technology running smoothly.
We would especially like to meet you if you have experience with:
This is not an entry-level help desk position.
As an IT Help Desk Specialist II, you will be expected to independently handle a broader range of technical problems, prioritize more complex issues, assist with escalations, and serve as a resource for Level I team members.
You will also have opportunities to help improve IT processes, documentation, equipment deployments, and technology projects across the organization.
You do not just close tickets. You solve problems.
You communicate with employees, keep them updated, follow issues through to resolution, and know when something needs to be escalated.
Most importantly, you help make technology a little less frustrating for everyone around you.
This position requires the ability to work on-site as assigned, travel between Spectrum Healthcare locations when needed, work flexible hours, and participate in the IT on-call rotation.
Employees must be at least 18 years old and able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
If you enjoy technology, problem-solving, and being the person who can turn “nothing is working” into “we’re back up and running,” we would love to hear from you.
