Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in CS or IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, email clients, and TCP/IP networking.
• Ability to install, repair, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Strong written and oral communication; service-oriented with users and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance for computer software or hardware operations.
• Respond to calls, emails, or work orders regarding desktop problems.
• Set up equipment and ensure proper installation of OS and software.
• Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user workstations.
• Maintain records of daily support requests and actions.
