Position Objective
To ensure smooth functioning of Site / Global IT System & Security Infrastructure (on-premises/ cloud technologies) of the company (Level 1/2 Support). This will include the handling of IT support requests, fixing issues with hardware or services, monitoring services, and action escalation as necessary.
Position Expectations and Specific Duties
- Providing front line support for products and services to the Internal users. This will include managing support requests and working on projects if any.
- Manage Incident/Service Requests within the SLA target and to the requirement of the end users.
- Handle IT related day to day systems and application requests for Laptop/Desktop (Laptop readiness in office for new hire or replacement).
- Assist office and remote users globally with right tone and attitude.
- Must display attention to detail, accuracy and follow through skills.
- Perform related duties as assigned or requested. Directly and indirectly responsible for meeting day-to-day administrative needs and technical resolution within the IT environment.
- Assists business with implementation of hardware and software changes to OnPrem/ cloud services and related devices or to your seniors to meet the business/department goals.
- To create/maintain IT documents & Assets/SOP records as required for knowledge sharing with admins or end users.
- Follow Incident, compliance process and policies without failure.
- Understanding security hardening of laptops (patch management, encryption, backup etc.).
- Must be proficient in MS Office (Office 365 applications, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive etc.) client end troubleshooting and related components.
- Good knowledge in Windows Servers features like Azure, Active Directory, DNS (name resolution), DHCP etc functionality (troubleshooting client end Issues).
- Intermediate knowledge of firewalls and network.
- To ensure smooth communication within departments and users.
Good to Have
- ITIL knowledge.
- Microsoft Intune or similar device management software.
- Mobile device support (IOS, Android).
- Basic understanding on G-Suite, Netskope, Okta.
Soft Skills
- Go-getter in terms of technical projects, High level of positive attitude and dedication.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
- Good time management skills, professional approach to problem solving.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
Previous Experience and Qualification
2-3 years of experience required in the similar field. Minimum Graduate.
