Job description

This position will support the Roseville office by analyzing and troubleshooting IT requests and tasks.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems.
• Develop preventative maintenance procedures to avoid system failure.
• Create accounts for new users and maintain access for current users.
• Maintain servers, computers, printers, and other software/hardware.
• Create regular backups of server files and maintain disaster recovery operations.
• Perform data center and network related tasks, as assigned.
• Troubleshoot technical issues.
• Perform repairs and replacements of software and hardware.
• Perform failure analysis and determine corrective action plans.
• Plan and execute allotted work within deadlines and maintain records of tasks.
• Oversee inventory management of software and hardware.
• Install antivirus software as well as oversee software license renewals.
• Maintain accurate documentation for system installations, configurations, upgrades, and all other IT related tasks.
• Assist in special projects or requests. Other duties as necessary.
