Osborne Association seeks a full-time IT Specialist to join our Brooklyn-based IT Department. You will provide frontline technical support to staff, ensuring access to Osborne’s technology resources during the workday and reporting on-site from our Brooklyn office.
The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years of customer service and Windows desktop experience, LAN/WAN knowledge, and a valid NYS driver’s license.

We currently seek a full-time IT Specialist to join our IT Department. The IT Specialist will act as the frontline support for the IT department at all Osborne locations. The specialist will provide technical support services to staff, and ensure users can access and use Osborne’s technological resources throughout the workday. The position will report on-site out of our Brooklyn office.
Salary Range: $31.54 - $32.49 per hour
