Overview: This role is pivotal in ensuring our readiness for SOX compliance by working closely with big 4 consulting firms. The consultant will be responsible for implementing and verifying IT general controls across all applications, ensuring robust change controls, segregation of duties, password controls, user access controls, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with External Auditors: Work with consulting firms to ensure SOX compliance.
• Implement IT General Controls: Ensure all IT applications have the necessary controls in place.
• SOX Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive SOX reports.
• Change Control Processes: Establish and enforce change control procedures.
• Segregation of Duties: Ensure proper segregation of duties across all systems.
• Password Controls: Implement and monitor password policies.
• User Access Management: Develop and maintain processes for user removal and access control.
• Regular Audits: Conduct audits to ensure ongoing compliance with SOX requirements.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to IT staff on SOX compliance procedures.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in SOX compliance, particularly within IT/SAP environments.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT general controls, change controls, segregation of duties, and user access controls.
• Collaboration: Experience working with large consulting firms (e.g., Deloitte).
• Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
