Job summary

Dominion Energy has an exciting opportunity on our Supply Chain Management team as an IT Sourcing Specialist. The selected candidate will be located at our Clearinghouse location in downtown Richmond.

The role involves major spend analysis, supplier identification, RFP development, and negotiation of complex terms. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of related experience and a background in IT goods/services procurement.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years related experience in sourcing or procurement.
• Experience in IT general services procurement (hardware, software, telecom).
• Knowledge of procurement practices, contracts, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conducts major spend analysis by supplier, commodity, or service.
• Identifies potential suppliers and develops RFx with complex pricing.
• Negotiates prices, terms, and conditions including IP and penalties.
• Leads cross-functional sourcing initiatives and cost improvements.
• Assesses cost and process aspects of spend.
