Job summary

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) in Jersey City, NJ seeks an Analyst, IT Strategic Sourcing to support the company’s IT procurement strategy. You will work cross-functionally to run RFx processes, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships to drive value and savings across the IT portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in sourcing and procurement in a global organization.
• Experience developing RFx and negotiating IT contracts (HW, software, telecom/networking, cloud, IT services).
• Knowledge of enterprise IT vendors and emerging technology providers.
• Bachelor's degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sourcing team’s partnership with business stakeholders to deliver on the organizational sourcing strategy.
• Manage relationships with suppliers to enable value-delivery.
• Participate in full lifecycle of strategic sourcing (RFx), contracting and procure-to-pay workflow.
• Proactively manage renewals to drive savings and prevent disruptions.
• Participate in value-driven QBRs for key IT vendors.
• Evaluate spend and contract data to identify savings opportunities.
• Lead sourcing projects with objective, financial, risk, and operational benefits for DTCC.
• Develop subject matter expertise via benchmarking, research, training, and feedback.
• Negotiate with suppliers for favorable terms while aligning with DTCC goals.
• Review requests and gather requirements from business clients.
• Facilitate vendor selection with stakeholders and onboard suppliers.
