Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Identity Services or SAP IAM.
• Strong IAM knowledge: identity lifecycle, authentication, provisioning, access governance.
• Experience with REST-APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Familiarity with SSO configurations and protocols (SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect).
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, operation, and development of IAM solutions based on SAP Cloud Identity Services.
• Operate identity-related processes including user lifecycle, authentication, provisioning, access governance.
• Design and implement integrations between SAP Cloud Identity Services and SAP systems (R/3, S/4HANA, SAP Cloud).
• Troubleshoot integration issues and platform incidents.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to translate requirements into IAM solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, operation, and further development of identity and access management solutions based on SAP Cloud Identity Services.


• Operate and support identity-related processes, including user lifecycle, authentication, provisioning, and access governance scenarios.


• Design and implement integrations between SAP Cloud Identity Services and SAP systems such as R/3, S/4HANA, and SAP Cloud applications.


• Troubleshoot integration issues, workflow errors, and platform-related incidents.


• Collaborate with global stakeholders to translate business and technical requirements into practical IAM solutions.


• Document configurations, processes, and technical solutions to support knowledge sharing and long‑term maintainability.


• Ensure solutions align with internal security policies, compliance requirements, and governance standards.

Your Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• Hands‑on experience with SAP Cloud Identity Services or a strong background in SAP identity and access management.


• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including identity lifecycle management, authentication, provisioning, and access governance.


• Experience with integrations, REST-APIs, and technical troubleshooting in enterprise environments.


• Experience with SSO configuration & authentication protocols like SAML 2.0 & OpenID Connect


• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with SAP BTP, SAP security, or related SAP identity technologies.


• Exposure to SAP systems such as R/3, S/4HANA, and SAP Cloud applications.


• Experience with identity providers such as Entra ID, Okta and Ping


• Experience in access governance, compliance, or audit‑related processes.


• Familiarity with DevOps‑style collaboration, operational support, or platform engineering.


• Experience in large international organizations.
