As an IT Solutions Director of Business Development - (Retail & Consumer Goods Market) you will:

  • Create and execute sales plans targeting Fortune 1000 Retail and Consumer Goods companies.
  • Sell digital commerce, supply chain transformation, omnichannel experiences, and analytics services.
  • Lead CXO-level conversations that uncover transformation and modernization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to craft customized value propositions.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 8–10+ years in sales roles focused on the Retail & Consumer Goods sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital trends impacting retail (e.g., AI/ML, personalization, cloud-native commerce).
  • Proven success in selling to large enterprise clients and opening new logos.
  • Familiarity with complex deal structures and ability to close high-value deals.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range: 170k-175k (NEGOTIABLE)
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
