Job summary

HellermannTyton seeks a Technical Analyst - IT to serve as the liaison between the business unit and IT architects, systems, and support functions. You translate business requirements into technical needs and manage IT resources, changes, and implementations to deliver measurable process improvements.

You will work with the business side to support initiatives while maintaining our Quality and EHS certifications, documenting procedures, and ensuring solutions meet technical standards and deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5+ years of professional analyst experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to produce clear information.
• Strong data management understanding and end-user application focus.
• Advanced user of MS Office and statistical tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical requirements and drive IT projects.
• Partner with Business Analyst to review systems and develop improvement strategies.
• Document as-is capabilities and design new processes and technologies.
• Lead technical design activities and support build, test, and deployment.
• Define and prioritize projects to reach the future state and ensure standards.
