Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, data analytics, or information technology.
- 4-6 years for senior level with leadership and project delivery experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and identify technology solutions.
- Gather, document, and analyze business and system requirements.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and process improvements that support business objectives.
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and change management.
