Responsibilities

• Negotiate with customers to design solutions addressing complex cross-functional needs.
• Identify and recommend industry best practices for integrated solution design and standards; stay informed on market tech and evaluate new technologies.
• Oversee software application configuration and/or coding.
• Develop testing and data conversion strategy; oversee testing preparation, execution and data conversions.
• Supervise contract developers and perform quality assurance.
• Manage the lifecycle of IT services/applications; recommend patches, releases and major upgrades.
• Oversee IT outsourced service to ensure service levels are met at cost.
• Plan and manage projects ensuring scope, timeline, budget and quality within guidelines.
• Mentor and train solutions development personnel; act as SME in application functionality and IT solution development.

Identifies and recommend industry BKM's for integrated solution design and standards; Keeps abreast of technologies in the market and oversees new technology evaluations; Works with multiple vendors for high quality resources and competitiveness Oversee software application configuration and/or coding. Develops testing and data conversion strategy and approach and oversees testing preparation and execution and data conversions. Supervises work of contract developers.
