The IT Clinical Apps – Cerner Reporting team is responsible for creating, maintaining and supporting custom CCL programming, including reporting, operations jobs, and various other areas of the system. The applicant should possess a strong understanding of Cerner Millennium applications. There is a high demand for resourcing from our team for creation of functionality outside of the box and we are required to be highly creative and provide innovative solutions for our diverse customer base. In a remote role, you will be expected to act professionally and be available during business hours.
Position Type: Level IV Analyst with informal leadership responsibilities, expectation to mentor junior members and lead large projects. Employment terms described as remote, with responsibilities that support Banner Health's operational and strategic initiatives.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm AZ Time. This is a fully remote position available in specified states.
Must possess strong technical and business knowledge as typically obtained through the completion of a bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Epidemiology, Computer Sciences, Process Engineering, Business, Healthcare, Information Systems or related field. Requires a minimum of seven plus years of experience or equivalent in areas such as reporting and/or analytics in clinical, financial, insurance, utilization, patient satisfaction, supply chain, HR, clinical application configuration, or related field. Must possess significant knowledge of cross-functional departments to serve as a liaison and provide guidance or leadership. Strong project management, independent work capability, ability to manage large/ multiple projects and complex reports. Excellent communication, interpersonal and critical thinking skills. Strong technical skills appropriate for the position (SQL/ANSI SQL, SAS, Tableau, Excel, clinical software applications, etc.).
