IT Software Engineer - Build Team Remote

Lensa, a leading career site, is seeking experienced Software Engineers for its Build Team. We have three openings for professionals with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain technology solutions, ensuring they meet non-functional requirements.
• Analyze, design, and develop test and test-automation suites.
• Utilize test-driven development within an agile environment.
• Contribute to and leverage components for continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver innovative, business-driven technology solutions.
• Apply best practices and seek continuous improvement.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in application development or software implementation.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Experience with regulatory compliance environments (HIPAA, PCI, etc.).
• Experience working in Agile/Product Delivery models.
• Background in PBM or healthcare industry.
• Understanding security implications in the domain.

Technical Skills

Physical & Other Demands

Additional Information
