Job Title: SAP HANA / Business Objects Developer (Remote, Contract-to-Hire)

Swoon is partnering with a top-tier healthcare company that is seeking an experienced SAP HANA / Business Objects Developer for a long-term, remote contract-to-hire opportunity.

This role is ideal for a skilled developer passionate about building scalable data solutions and delivering business intelligence to support decision-making in a highly regulated and data-rich environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain SAP HANA data models including Calculation Views, CDS Views, and complex SQL scripting.
2. Create and optimize SAP Business Objects Universes for enterprise reporting.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and build intuitive reporting solutions.
4. Troubleshoot and optimize system performance through SQL tuning and query optimization.
5. Integrate HANA views with reporting tools like SAP BO Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, or SAC.
6. Ensure data governance, security, and compliance in healthcare reporting.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in SAP Business Objects Universe development.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP HANA modeling and development.
• Strong understanding of SQL performance tuning and execution plans.
• Experience with SAP HANA Studio, including at least 4 full lifecycle implementations.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ETL, and data modeling.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• US-based candidates only; must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Duration: 11 months with high potential for full-time conversion.
• Pay Rate: $50/hour (W2).
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week.
