Job summary

ZealHire Inc. in Miami, FL seeks an experienced IT Software Developer to support modernization of permitting and inspection systems. The consultant will help transition legacy applications, including PEN, Microsoft Access, and Mainframe systems, into GoldKey, while ensuring data integrity and successful system integration.

The role will also support enhancements to permitting, inspection, environmental review, workflow automation, and related county processes.

Qualifications

• Strong C#/.NET development experience and OO programming.
• Experience with Oracle/SQL and PL/SQL, including optimization.
• Proven ability to modernize legacy PEN, MS Access, and mainframe systems.
• Experience designing REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance applications using C#, .NET, JavaScript, jQuery, and MVC.
• Migrate legacy PEN, MS Access, and Mainframe apps to GoldKey.
• Develop and optimize Oracle/SQL/PLSQL queries and procedures.
• Design REST/SOAP web services and integrations.
• Build SSIS ETL processes and SSRS reports.
• Support data migration, validation, transformation, and reconciliation.
• Create automated workflows and customer-facing online submission systems.
• Collaborate with County analysts, business users, tech teams, and vendors.
