Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's in IT, data analytics, business, engineering or related field with an expected graduation date Dec 2027 through May 2029.
• Ability to lead conversations, make presentations, and train others; comfortable with public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Identify technology-based improvement opportunities and manage project plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to propose and implement solutions.
• Submit project proposals and manage projects using Smartsheet.
• Engage with multiple Butterball departments to drive process improvements.
