Job summary

The California Department of Health Care Services seeks an IT Supervisor II to oversee the CD-MMIS IT maintenance, operations, and service management across FI-ITO and DBO contractors. You will ensure contract compliance, manage changes, and drive security, release, and incident handling within the SSMU.

This is a hybrid telework position in Placer County with a strong focus on governance, reporting, and state IT standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing large IT programs and projects.
• Strong ability to ensure contract compliance and oversight.
• Experience with IT governance and state IT reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and supervise maintenance and operations for CD-MMIS IT systems.
• Oversee change, access, release, and incident management within IT service management.
• Develop and maintain formal documentation and reporting for federal/state requirements.
