The US Oncology Network is looking for a full-time IT Services Specialist (ISS) to join our team at Texas Oncology! This full time position will support our Palestine (periodically) and Tyler, Texas locations.

What does the IT Services Specialist (ISS) do?
Under general direction, responsible for providing service and support to ensure efficient, appropriate maintenance and administration of company’s client server system, network gear, telephony systems, printers, end user workstations and software within assigned practices. Participates in needs assessments, product evaluations, local security administration, implementation planning, conversion planning and verification, testing, trouble shooting and training. Serves as a central contact for vendors. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
