Job summary

Typical hours are Monday–Friday, and the position is full-time with safety-sensitive requirements and drug testing.

Qualifications

• High School Graduation or GED equivalent.
• Five years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• No special certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares meeting minutes and distributes them as needed.
• Manages IT procurement and dept. purchases; tracks department costs.
• Obtains quotes, licenses, hardware/software; maintains licenses.
• Reviews requisitions for correct accounts and budget alignment.
• Audits and ensures file security and confidentiality.
• Serves as timekeeper for hourly staff and assists with budget prep.
