mPower, Inc. seeks an experienced IT Service Manager to lead IT service delivery, Help Desk operations, and asset management for government-focused programs.

The role requires strategic and operational leadership of a multidisciplinary team and direct liaison with Government stakeholders to ensure contract performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT operations background, federal contract management experience, and a hands-on leadership style.

Mansioni

• Serve as primary point of contact between mPower and Government stakeholders (CO/COR).
• Oversee IT service delivery operations, Help Desk, incident management, and escalation processes.
• Lead staffing, budgets, schedules, and operation priorities for efficient service delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, SOPs, and performance reports.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and customer satisfaction; drive continuous improvement.
