in IT/CS/Business admin, and a CA driver’s license are required. The position offers a generous benefits package and a competitive salary in the $161k–$248k

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years progressively responsible experience in IT systems administration including analysis, implementation, programming.
• Four (4) years of management and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the municipal Information Systems Department.
• Direct supervision over professional, technical, and administrative staff.
• Develops and manages an Information Systems Plan and budget.
• Convenes with city departments, vendors, and outside agencies to determine IT needs and strategies.
• Ensures compliance with laws, regulations, and best practices; prepares reports and proposals.
