Job Location: 01 Home Office - Anaheim, CA
Salary Range: $27.00 to $29.00 per hour
Description

As an IT Services Assistant, you will be responsible for identifying and analyzing company computer systems to ensure optimal performance. The role includes developing enhancements, designing, configuring, and maintaining system services within the company infrastructure, monitoring data communications, and deploying and maintaining software and hardware platforms critical to business operations. The position requires strong troubleshooting skills to assist branch locations with technical issues and involves supporting the development and maintenance of the company's web presence, including websites and social media.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to technical support issues related to employee workstations, printers, networking, mobile devices, etc.
  • Log and maintain support tickets using the help desk platform.
  • Monitor and maintain networks across all company locations.
  • Maintain user workstations for maximum reliability and uptime.
  • Monitor and maintain the ERP system for maximum uptime.
  • Support and maintain the Windows server environment.
  • Assist with monitoring and configuring the VoIP phone system.
  • Set up new users on IT tools.
  • Provide end-user training and support for technology rollouts.
  • Support projects with proper installation and configuration.
  • Keep IT inventory updated with current software/hardware and assist with upgrades.
  • Maintain inventory lists of IT assets across locations.
  • Create and distribute setup guides for employees.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Four-year college degree (BA or BS)
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of Windows, iOS, Android, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune, SharePoint, and Azure
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and user management
  • Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • Ability to manage multiple support tickets effectively
  • Experience supporting VoIP systems
  • Strong communication skills for technical support
  • Team player attitude
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
