Base pay range

$84,500.00/yr - $162,500.00/yr

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide security services to development teams, including code scanning and penetration testing
• Collaborate with application teams to ensure secure application deployment in production
• Utilize a risk-based methodology to engage early in the software development lifecycle
• Analyze application security vulnerabilities and execute mitigation strategies
• Contribute to the development of the NIS security roadmap and assist in technology design and implementation
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred in Information Technology or related fields
• 1-3 years of experience in a software development field or application security
• Strong understanding of application architectural patterns and application security principles
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership
• Knowledge of the OWASP Top 10 and experience with application security solutions
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Familiarity with cloud architecture and services such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and Continuous Integration/Delivery practices
• Experience with commercial Source Code Analysis/Static Application Security Testing Tools
