What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide security services to development teams, including code scanning, readiness testing, and penetration testing
- Engage early in the software development lifecycle using a risk-based methodology and "shift-left" approach
- Collaborate with technology teams to design and deploy compliant applications
- Analyze application security vulnerabilities and execute mitigation strategies
- Uphold professional and technical standards while interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a software development field such as Software Developer, Architect, or Application Security Engineering
- Strong understanding of application architectural patterns, such as MVC and Microservices
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred in relevant fields such as Information Technology or Computer Engineering
- Knowledge of the OWASP Top 10 and experience with application security solutions
