Job description

An IT Service Engineer helps employees at Pluralsight realize their potential with the technology available. On a day-to-day basis, an IT Service Engineer could help someone with an Excel issue and then with a conference room problem or a myriad of things between the two. They ensure our technologies work in harmony with each employee.

What you’ll do:

  1. Ensuring the up-time of all employees and conference rooms.
  2. Hardware inventory and management, adhering to team policies.
  3. Solving problems of devices, hardware and software.
  4. Providing access to the tools vital for job functions.
  5. Explaining how software & integrations work so that employees can efficiently utilize tools.

Requirements:

  1. Requires that you work at our Pluralsight Headquarters (approximately 4 days per week).

Travel Requirements:

While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

Work is performed in an office (or home office) environment and requires the ability to operate office equipment and keyboards. Sedentary work. Repetitive work. The annual US base hourly range for this role is $23.67 - $29.24 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
