Job summary

The Kraft Group & Affiliates is seeking a Service Desk Dispatcher to be the first point of contact for IT support across our operations, including events at Gillette Stadium. You will triage, document, prioritize, and route incidents and requests in the ITSM system, ensuring timely updates and SLA adherence.

You will resolve basic Tier I issues, coordinate with dedicated support teams, and help maintain efficient IT operations from our Foxborough offices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; IT training preferred.
• 2-4 years in Help/Service Desk or customer support.
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365 and ITSM tools.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
