Job summary

BKF Engineers seeks a Director of IT Service & Operations to lead our globally distributed IT service organization. You will shape strategy, drive automation, and ensure reliable end-user technology across the enterprise, reporting to the VP of Technology & Information Systems.

You will oversee the Service Desk, ITSM processes, and workplace technology, guiding modernization, cost optimization, and employee productivity in a cloud-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in IT service management, workplace tech, or IT operations.
• 5+ years leading technical teams or IT service orgs.
• Proven ability to lead IT service operations in mid-size/large organizations.
• Experience with cloud-first workplace environments (Microsoft 365, SaaS, cloud endpoints).
• Strong understanding of ITIL and continuous service improvement.

• Provide strategic leadership for IT service delivery across BKF Engineers.
• Directly manage the Service Desk Lead and drive day-to-day operations.
• Establish service standards, priorities, and performance expectations.
