Job summary

Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP in Detroit (Southfield) seeks an IT Service Analyst to support attorneys and staff with daily technical assistance.

You will troubleshoot software/hardware, assist users with Office 2016/Office 365, Windows 10, and remote access technologies, and deliver excellent client service in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years IT-related experience.
• Associate's Degree; a 4-year degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proficient command of English and standard grammar rules.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Must be able to move equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to position self to install equipment, including under desks.

Responsibilities

• Assists all users of computer systems and software in their daily use of programs and equipment on an as-needed basis.
• Displays strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 2016, Office 365, Windows 10 and network technology in assisting end users.
• Presents strong knowledge of other products including Remote Access technologies (Terminal Services, VPN, wireless, etc.), and other legal specific applications.
• Demonstrates strong problem solving and analytical skills; excellent initiative and assertiveness.
• Utilizes outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Deploys excellent customer service skills and has the ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel in a team environment.

We are seeking an IT Service Analyst for our Detroit (Southfield) office. The IT Service Analyst serves clients by providing technical support to our attorneys and staff.
