Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years as Project Manager focused on custom software application delivery projects.
• Proficiency in data governance principles and their application within project frameworks.
• Experience with managing projects utilizing both Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience in navigating SOX compliance and internal audit requirements within IT projects.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for tracking user stories, tasks, and overall project progress.
• Experience with IT solutions in transportation/logistics; specific knowledge of tools like Descartes is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; Bachelor's in IT/Business required, PMP preferred.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale enterprise IT projects.
• Define project scope, plans, milestones, and release schedules, securing stakeholder approvals.
• Implement risk mitigation strategies, manage contingency plans, and track issue resolution.
• Generate and present project status reports, metrics, and dashboards to senior management.
• Oversee project adherence to SOX, audit mandates, and internal operational controls.
• Coordinate with cross-functional IT and business teams to align resources and activities.
