Senior Operations Analyst

Overview

MyPoint is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst for our Kearny Mesa corporate office. This position is responsible for the daily operations of information systems to include system applications, system analysis, program maintenance and operations. Works with IT management in the research and forecasting of future needs and opportunities in information systems.

Responsibilities

Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent project management skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks, establish priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Position will require after hours and evening work, as well as 24x7 on call support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field. In lieu of college degree, additional experience is required.
• Five (5) years of related experience, or eight (8) years with no college degree, with proficiency in the following areas:
• Symitar Episys platforms, including operations, EMA and ELA, home banking, web services, and application integration.
• Administration of the Banno platform.
• Administration of SymConnect and SymExchange.
• Administration of JHA services and products including ImageCenter, Synergy, and BCP/DR solutions.
• Administration of security principles, theories, and practices.
• Design and implementation of networks, LAN and WAN relative to Symitar platforms.
• Proven experience in researching and identifying technologies that will enhance or provide new services to drive our member experience or internal efficiencies.
• Strong understanding of Symitar Poweron tools.
• Experience in Active Directory Security relative to Symitar Episys.
• Experience in backup/restore of information technology systems relative to Symitar.
• Experience in supporting high availability networks and systems.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively interact with all levels of staff, members, and general public.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

Starting range: $44.25 - $61.00 per hour.
