What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide post Go-Live support in the areas of SD, BRIM, SOM, CC, CI, and EMS, including defect triage and resolution
- Update functional design specifications, perform system configuration, and create test plans for system functionalities
- Participate in planning activities and identify opportunities to improve systems and business processes
- Lead design workshops and collaboration meetings to transform business requirements into functional design specifications
- Manage project deliverables and communicate effectively with senior management and project teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience configuring and implementing SAP S4 HANA Order to Cash modules (SD, BRIM, CI, CC, EMS)
- Experience in BRIM legacy conversion to SOM and integration with CC and CI
- Proficient in gathering business requirements and producing quality design and testing documentation
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with functional end-to-end processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in OTC integration with systems such as CRM and CLM
- Knowledge of Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Ability to create basic queries and reports for analysis
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
