We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong QA capabilities and knowledge in the Healthcare domain, to support the delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and development teams to gather requirements, perform detailed analysis, and conduct functional and UI testing. This role requires someone who can ensure clarity in requirements while validating that solutions are robust, user-friendly, and aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with product owners, clients, stakeholders, and development teams to clarify requirements and ensure alignment.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and process flows.
  • Proactively identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in processes, requirements, and testing.
  • Ensure documentation is up to date, accurate, and aligned with project standards.
  • Create detailed test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Perform end-to-end functional testing, UI testing, regression testing, and system validation.
  • Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution, collaborating with developers as needed.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review meetings as part of Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
  • Validate that delivered features meet business requirements and provide seamless user experience.
Qualifications
Business Analysis Skills
  • Experience in eliciting functional requirements from stakeholders and technical staff.
  • Strong ability to analyze business requirements gathered from multiple sources and perform gap analysis.
  • Experience in producing written requirements documentation (e.g., process flows, use cases, etc.).
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and ceremonies.
  • Experience in writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
Quality Assurance & Testing Skills
  • Hands-on experience in functional, UI, regression, and system testing.
  • Ability to create test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
  • Experience with defect logging, tracking, and validation using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Good understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
  • Familiarity with cross-browser testing and responsive UI validation.
Technical Skills
  • Understanding of web applications and UI/UX fundamentals.
  • Basic knowledge of APIs, data formats (JSON/XML), and integration flows.
  • Experience with test management tools and collaboration platforms.
  • Proficient in SQL with the ability to write and modify queries, perform data analysis, validate system outputs, and investigate data-related issues across multiple data sources.
Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Compensation
  • Base pay: $77,376 - $123,552 annually. Compensation depends on location, qualifications, and experience.
  • Management level positions may be eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses.
