Job summary

INSPYR Solutions in Los Angeles, CA seeks an IT Security Specialist (SailPoint IAM) for a long term project. You will build and automate IAM security solutions protecting thousands of internal apps and data.

The role demands 3+ years in IAM, SailPoint at scale, and experience with integration, scripting, and compliance. On-call support and incident response are included. You will join a cross-functional Enterprise Technology IAM team delivering secure identity services across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT Enterprise Technology supporting IAM
• 3+ years running SailPoint (ISC) at scale in a medium-to-large enterprise
• 2+ years working with vendors in outsourced environments
• Experience Identity Lifecycle Management and IAM data integration
• Experience with IAM protocols like SCIM, OAuth2, SAML, OIDC, LDAP
• Automation of access provisioning/deprovisioning
• Access review campaigns
• Knowledge of zero standing access and policy-based access management
• Automation of operational tasks and API integrations

Compensation: $80-88/hr.

What You Will Do

We are looking for a Security Engineer to join the Enterprise Technology Identity and Access Management (IAM) group. This group's core mission is providing a Core IAM ecosystem of security services, platforms, and solutions in use across the company by team members, employees, and partners within business segments and corporate functions. Our vision is to provide advanced Identity and Access Management capabilities and services that are simple, seamless, and secure to protect our workforce, our data, and our brands.

Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain and automate IAM security solutions within a vendor-provided enterprise IAM service/platform protecting thousands of internal applications and data of hundreds of thousands of team members, employees, and partners.
• Implements solutions for the technical integration and implementation of our IAM services in coordination with IAM domain architects, team lead, service leads, software engineers, and our operations teams.
• In collaboration with domain architects and team leads to maintain all aspects of the platform engineering process including service/product technical evaluation process, lab testing, and service solution design.
• Collaborates with senior team members to ensure all security and compliance standards are upheld as the service delivery team including remediating vulnerabilities, driving compliance evidence collection, and following all change management processes while also providing on call support and incident response and RCA.
• Collaborates closely with software engineering teams in support of their custom developed solutions and products that integrate with vendor platforms
• Grows a strong knowledge of emerging technologies and trends

Must Have

• 3+ years of experience in IT Enterprise Technology, supporting identity and access (IAM), enterprise platforms, and/or collaboration ecosystems within diverse enterprises
• 3+ years of confirmed running SailPoint (ISC) at scale within a medium-to-large enterprise environment
• 2+ years' experience working with suppliers in an outsourced environment
• Identity Lifecycle Management, HCM (e.g., SAP, Workday) and IAM Data Integration
• IAM-related Protocols/Standards such as SCIM, OAuth2, SAML, OIDC, LDAP, SPIFFE, etc.
• Experience automating access provisioning and deprovisioning
• Experience with access review campaign setup and execution
• Familiarity with zero standing access concepts and policy-based access management
• Experience automating common operational tasks, web service/API integration, and deployment activities in scripting/programming languages (Python, PowerShell, etc.)
• Understand secure engineering principles (secure secrets management, encrypted transports, etc.)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and delivering solutions through sprint planning activities

• Solid grasp with critical data handling such as SOX, PCI and PII, Safe Harbor
• SailPoint Certifications
• Professional certifications in other identity and access management platforms and products (SailPoint ISC, Active Directory, Okta, etc.)
• CISSP/Security Certifications

Education

• BS or BA degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
