Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) seeks an Information Technology / Security Manager to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. The role involves securing DoD-compliant IT systems, collaborating with HQ IT and Security, and managing a high-performance IT infrastructure across locations.

The candidate should have extensive knowledge in Network/System Administration and Industrial Security, plus the ability to work in a team and adapt to evolving duties supporting SAP and government programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 relevant industrial security experience.
• DoD 8140 IT-related Intermediate or higher certification mandatory for Systems Administration duties.
• Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
• Willingness to accept changing and evolving roles & responsibilities in support of customers’ requirements and needs.
• Experience supporting Special Access Program (SAP) efforts.

Responsibilities

• Support various computer hardware and operating systems in stand-alone and LAN/WAN configurations.
• Manage servers, workstations, storage, and peripherals as part of IT infrastructure.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Generate and maintain system diagrams, SOPs, and user guides per DoD policies.
