Job summary

Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking an experienced IT Security Compliance Analyst to support information security, regulatory compliance, risk assessments, and security control initiatives for a healthcare organization. This contract role is 100% remote with a start date of Oct 26, 2026 and end date of Apr 30, 2027, spanning 27 weeks.

You will assist with audits, policy development, and training programs, ensuring alignment with state and federal regulations and collaborating with technical teams

Qualifications

• Experience in IT security, information security compliance, risk management, or related field.
• Knowledge of security controls, policies, procedures, and audit methodologies.
• Experience supporting security audits, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Familiarity with information security training and awareness programs.
• Ability to gather audit evidence, evaluate control effectiveness, and collaborate with technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of state and federal information security and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Healthcare experience for HITRUST & HIPAA knowledge.

Position Overview

Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking an experienced IT Security Compliance Analyst to support information security, regulatory compliance, risk assessments, and security control initiatives for a healthcare organization. This consultant will help strengthen security policies and procedures, support internal and external audits, and ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities
