Motion Recruitment is seeking an IT Security Analyst to support SailPoint IAM on a remote contract. The role emphasizes onboarding users, managing access, and generating IAM reports for on-going sustainment across on-prem and cloud resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2-5 years of overall experience.
• 2-5 years of MS Exchange Administration.
• 3 years of IAM experience. SailPoint strongly preferred.
• SOX Annual Audit experience is strongly preferred.
• IBM z/OS Mainframe experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge with Entra ID
• Tactfully handle urgent requests while keeping top priorities in focus.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding New Users with default accounts and network access.
• Fulfilling access requests for users which cover a variety of on-premises and cloud applications and network resources.
• Running reports to facilitate daily to yearly functions and maintain IAM sustainment.

What You Will Be Doing – SailPoint IAM

• Configuring user access per requests submitted through SailPoint or ticketing system
• Troubleshooting end user access issues submitted through SailPoint or ticketing system

Mainframe

• Configuring user access per requests submitted through SailPoint or ticketing system
• Troubleshooting end user access issues submitted through SailPoint or ticketing system

Exchange Management

• ID
• Adding/changing/deleting access to mailboxes.
• Configuring user access to mailboxes per requests received through SailPoint
• Configuring Shared Mailboxes per requested received through SailPoint and fulfilling requests either manually or by PowerShell.
• Configuring email alias per request received through SailPoint or ticketing system
• Creating/changing/deleting shared mailboxes – Manual/PowerShell Scripts.
• Adding/removing email aliases.
• Troubleshooting issues for users.

SOX Annual Audit

• Creating documentation for reviews for Admin Access and User Access Reviews.
• Assist business with creating, obtaining and maintaining documentation and data for annual SOX audit reviews.

IVANTI ITSM Tickets

• Field Agent changes
• Update end user information in specific down streams systems as requested by Human Resources
• Troubleshoot and resolve end users access issues for a variety of on-premises and cloud applications and issues
