Your Role: We seek a detail-oriented and proactive IT Security Analyst to safeguard our digital infrastructure, minimize risks, and respond to security incidents. Experience in healthcare or familiarity with HIPAA and PHI is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring, detecting, and responding to security incidents.
• Conducting risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing.
• Developing disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Implementing and managing security technologies such as XDR, EDR, SIEM, and encryption systems.
• Monitoring logs for unusual activity and assessing threats.
• Collaborating with IT leadership to align security practices.
• Maintaining security documentation and staying informed on cybersecurity trends.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years in cybersecurity, knowledge of frameworks like NIST, and relevant certifications are preferred.

Pay Range: $80,000 - $89,000 annually, based on experience.

This position may qualify for federal student loan forgiveness under the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program.
