Position: IAM Administrator

Duration: 7+ months (through 2025 with possible extension)

Client: Direct

Work Location: Fully remote (EST working hours)

Experience Level: 1-3 years in identity management; ITIL certification mandatory.

The IT Security Administrator will handle daily activities related to user ID management and access controls across multiple systems. This role offers opportunities to expand skills in Information Security & Technology within a diverse IAM team.

• Manage security administration tasks: creation, deletion, modification, password resets for supported technologies.
• Process LOA and RTW requests, ensuring access is revoked for terminated employees.
• Assist Service Desk with unresolved issues.
• Implement improvements to automate and streamline security processes.
• Notify management of concerns and escalate issues as needed.
• Follow Security SOPs and update Job Aids as necessary.
• Participate in projects supporting regulatory, audit, and IAM directives.
• Gather and report statistical data for operational and risk metrics.

Qualifications:

• ITIL certification required.
• 1-3 years experience in Security Administration or similar roles.
• Knowledge of Sailpoint IIQ, OKTA, UNIX, LDAP, Active Directory, RSA AM VPN/Remote Access.
• Understanding of IAM concepts.
• Experience supporting global customers via phone and customer-centric processes.
