The Scrum Master facilitates daily stand-up, iteration planning, sprint review and iteration retrospectives ceremonies. As such will coordinate with the ePMO and Product Owners to align with business priorities and facilitate sprint releases. Directs and organize cross functional scrum teams to ensure all defined features are delivered on time, as committed. May lead multiple scrum teams.
Required:
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience and 3 years leading sprints.
• Demonstrable expertise of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and Iterative.
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices.
• Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile procedures to predict the development teams’ needs.
• Deep understanding of agile metrics (tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories, etc.) to analyze and improve teams.
Preferred:
• Scaled Agile, SAFe Scrum Master Certification.
• Certified Scrum Master, CSM – Scrum Alliance.
• Advanced Certified Scrum Master, A-SM, Scrum Alliance.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence.
• TFS and SharePoint.
• Solid experience working with Architecture teams to assess and size story/epics.
• Analyze business requirements, documents and project timelines.
• Drive team iteration execution, communicates with management and stakeholders, protects the team from uncontrolled injection of work (changes are evaluated/intentional).
• Manage project conflicts, challenges and dynamic business requirements to keep operations running at a high performance.
• Work with the team leads to resolve people problems and project roadblocks.
• Leads team effort in relentless improvement; define and implement improvement stories to increase the velocity and quality of the program.
• Proactively identify and eliminate impediments and facilitate flow.
• Maintain team data in project management software (i.e. JIRA, TFS, familiar with MS Project) to support estimates and execution.
• Presents high level project readouts for senior management.
• Supports product owner(s) with intra-team dynamics with respect to priorities and scope.
• Manage other special projects, and/or fill in on team as needed.
• Conduct and participate in Scrum meetings with other Scrum Masters.
• Work with Product Owners to agree upon commitments and timelines.
• Facilitate regular reporting, reviews audits.
• Resolve scope, schedule and resource conflicts among Product Owners and Scrum Masters.
• Ensure proper requirement, design, testing documentation is in place before go-live.
• Ensure projects within IT portfolios/programs are delivered on time, within budget, and within quality standards.
• Collaborate with all team members at all levels.
• Contribute to the definition of the Agile Program Management office/function for IT.
• Contribute to the definition and development of enterprise-wide IT Agile practices, governance standards, processes and metrics.
• Ensure projects/programs are defined, tracked and communicated in a consistent and effective manner.
• Incorporate effective change and risk management controls.
• Partner with IT and business leadership and other key stakeholders to identify and prioritize sprints based on predefined criteria (return on investment, productivity, compliance, priority).
• Perform other Scrum duties as assigned.
• Regular and reliable attendance is required.

Working Conditions:
• Works in a standard office environment, with limited travel.
• Works non-regular hours as required.
